The elementary school is hosting monthly parent workshops presented by the Family Life Educators from the JBSA Resiliency Center. The Fort Sam Houston Independent School District is soliciting for nominees to be considered for 2 openings on the Board of Trustees. The positions must be filled by either a military member or civilian living on or employed by Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston.To qualify for the board, a volunteer must be:
• 18 years of age or older
• U.S. citizen
• Qualified voter
Trustees will take an official oath of office and serve without compensation. Interested applicants must submit a resume no later than 5:00 p.m., February 28, 2018 to the School Liaison Officer at 2484 Stanley Road, Building 2263 Room 107B, Basement.

On January 23, Cole held a Graduation Information Meeting. Our counseling team and academic support partners discussed graduation plans, endorsements, advanced academics, including dual credit, dual enrollment, and advanced placement, and the Alamo Academies program. Cole dominated at the TCEA Robotics Contest (Advanced Arena level) as both high school teams placed in the top 3! Our 8th grade team also did a great job in the Intermediate Arena contest scoring a personal team best and ranked in the top 15 out of 38 teams!
